3 Month Warranty
If a fault develops within 10 days we will replace or give a full refund at your discretion, providing the item is in good condition and is returned to us carriage paid.
If a gun develops a fault after 10 days but within 28 Days we will replace or repair it at our discretion free of charge.
BB Guns are replica models and not as robust as real guns. Treatment with care is necessary and any mistreatment will invalidate the warranty. Reusing BB pellets can cause blockages or failures – rectifying these problems will be chargeable, as will problems caused by paint pellets.
