Returns Process
You have a right to cancel your order before despatch or within seven working days after the date of delivery.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a "100% no quibble guarantee of the items purchase price", or a replacement / exchange
Claims must be received by us within 2 working days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned products to us and agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during transit. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer and must be taken care of whilst in your possession.
We will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your returns.
Warranty:
Prior to shipping your order we conduct a quality inspection on all items against defects.
No warranty for damage caused by alteration, wear, misuse, abuse or accident is provided. Any product determined by the company to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced after inspection. You are responsible for returning any products to us that are subject to a warranty claim..
Just follow these simple steps:
• Email us requesting an authorisation number and include the original invoice number and the models of the products that you are returning. State whether you want a refund, replacement or exchange, and, if an exchange, the model(s) you want to exchange them for
• We will then email you a valid authorisation number and, if not a refund, advise you of postage and any balancing charges (if the replacement item cost more than the original item).
• Send your product back to us. Please make sure you use a traceable method (a tracking number) as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages being returned that are lost, stolen or damaged en route You must put the authorisation number on the postage label or your package will be refused as we will not have an address for you.
• We will inspect all products. All exchanges must be in new condition (as we sent them) and complete with all original packaging and any pouches and product labels/stickers. Products that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging or extras will be refused. If we refuse the guarantee, we will clearly explain why, return the item to you on request and charge the postage only.
• On approval, we will either refund your purchase by the original payment method replace your product or exchange it for the model of your choice. Where relevant, if an exact replacement model is not available, a credit will be given towards another style/model of your choice or a refund will be issued
